Sydney Swans
Football Club Museum
For the past three years, Joe Moore, a specialist in historical and heritage consultancy, has been engrossed in producing the textual content for the eagerly anticipated Sydney Swans Hall of Fame Museum.

The museum includes a narrative timeline outlining the club’s 150+ year history, a dedicated Brownlow Medallist display, six display cabinets housing unique artefacts, the Hall of Fame showcasing the club’s greats, video footage and interactive digital elements.

Joe has also built one of Australian sport's most comprehensive digitally accessible collections. Throughout the project, Joe completed 200 biographies of the Swans' Hall of Fame players, 150-game life members, senior coaches, presidents and chairmen.
Entrusted with the storytelling of one of Australia's most iconic football clubs, Joe has produced extensive research, over 100 interviews and 255,000 carefully chosen words that represent the fabric of the club.

Joe pays respect to the traditional and original owners of the land he lives and works on - the muwinina people. He pays respect to those that have passed before us and acknowledges today’s Tasmanian Aboriginal people who are the custodians of this land.
